How it works

1. Activate the creature with Rakdos Riteknife attached by tapping it and sacrificing Lesser Masticore.
2. When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability and Dross Scorpion trigger.
3. Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping the creature with Rakdos Riteknife attached.
4. Resolve the Lesser Masticore trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with no -1/-1 counters on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
5. Resolve the creature's ability from step 1, putting a blood counter on Rakdos Riteknife.
6. Repeat.
7. Once you have infinite blood counters on Rakdos Riteknife, you may activate its ability by paying and sacrificing it, causing target opponent to sacrifice all permanents they control.
