How it works

1. Put a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
2. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature token.
4. When the creature token dies, Long Feng triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
5. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This looping engine relies on Herd Baloth as your token generator, which churns out a 4/4 green Beast whenever it receives a +1/+1 counter. Phyrexian Altar provides the sacrifice outlet to convert those freshly made tokens into any color of mana while sending them to the graveyard. Finally, Long Feng, Grand Secretariat watches those creatures die and triggers in response, automatically placing a brand-new +1/+1 counter back onto Herd Baloth to restart the cycle.
