How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Spider-Man triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Answered Prayers triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This delightful loop spins up a self-sustaining cycle of life and growth by linking all three pieces into a continuous chain. It starts when Spider-Man, Peter Parker reacts to your initial lifegain by placing a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth, which in turn triggers the Baloth to birth a 4/4 green Beast token. That new token entering the battlefield causes Answered Prayers to trigger and hand you a life, which immediately re-ignites Spider-Man, Peter Parker's ability to keep the cycle spinning.
