How it works

1. Put a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
2. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing the creature token.
4. When the creature token dies, Long Feng triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
5. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
6. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
7. Repeat from step 3.

Shilgengar, Sire of Famine fuels the sacrifice outlet, turning that freshly made token into a Blood token while also providing the big mass-reanimation ability if we ever need to bring our fallen pieces back. Meanwhile, Long Feng, Grand Secretariat acts as the crucial glue that closes the loop, watching the tokens perish into the graveyard and immediately funneling a +1/+1 counter right back onto Herd Baloth to do it all over again.
