How it works

1. Pay 1 to activate Trade Routes, discarding a basic land and drawing a card.
2. Bone Miser triggers adding and Surly Badgersaur triggers giving you a treasure.
3. Sacrifice the treasure for and pay 1 to activate Groundskeeper, returning the basic land to your hand.
4. Repeat steps 1-3.

This engine turns the humble act of discarding into a self-sustaining loop of resources, centered around Trade Routes as the primary discard outlet to feed your hand. Each time you pitch a basic land to its ability, Bone Miser rewards you with a gush of black mana and Surly Badgersaur kicks in by producing a Treasure token to help fix your colors. That Treasure can then be sacrificed to help fund Groundskeeper, whose passive-retrieval activation effortlessly fishes the discarded basic land right back out of your graveyard and returns it to your hand. By looping this sequence, you continuously churn through your deck while generating infinite draw triggers, all without ever running out of fuel.
