How it works

1. Activate Bazaar Trader by tapping it, giving control of Notion Thief to an opponent.
2. During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card.
3. Consecrated Sphinx triggers, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
4. Consecrated Sphinx triggers twice.
5. Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
6. Repeat from step 4 until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library.

This clever loop weaponizes an opponent's own draw step by feeding them straight into a lethal deck-out. By using Bazaar Trader to hand over control of Notion Thief, any extra card they would draw gets aggressively redirected into your own hand while triggering your Consecrated Sphinx. That Sphinx response loop forces the opponent to keep drawing two cards at a time until they are completely buried under their own library and lose the game.
