How it works

1. Activate Need for Speed by sacrificing a land.
2. Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
3. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
6. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
8. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
9. Repeat

This clever loop turns the self-sacrifice engine of Need for Speed and Goblin Bombardment into a devastating loop of destruction and resurrection. By feeding your own lands to Need for Speed until your supply runs dry, you set the stage for World Shaper, which can be sacrificed to Goblin Bombardment to clear out its death trigger and flood your graveyard with those missing lands. When those lands flood back onto the battlefield, the landfall ability of Emeria Shepherd triggers for each one, letting you put World Shaper directly back onto the battlefield while bringing along any other nonland permanents you might fancy.
