How it works

1. Activate Coastal Hornclaw by sacrificing a land.
2. Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
3. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
6. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
8. Repeat

This clever recursive engine uses Coastal Hornclaw to strip away your own lands, feeding the sacrifice outlet Thermopod with World Shaper to clear the board and trigger its death ability. Once World Shaper hits the graveyard, it dumps all those lands straight back onto the battlefield tapped, waking up Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability multiple times over. Because at least one of those returning lands is a Plains, Emeria Shepherd can bypass your hand and sling World Shaper directly back onto the battlefield, letting you fuel Thermopod for infinite red mana and loop the whole process indefinitely.
