How it works

1. Activate Troubled Healer by sacrificing a land.
2. Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
3. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
6. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
8. Repeat

This clever loop transforms a pile of disparate permanents into an unstoppable recursion engine by turning the graveyard into a second hand. You begin by using Troubled Healer to continuously sacrifice your lands until your entire real estate portfolio sits safely in the graveyard, which simultaneously feeds Thermopod to sacrifice World Shaper. The moment World Shaper dies, its triggered ability drags every single land card right back onto the battlefield tapped in a massive wave. This flood of fresh landfalls triggers Emeria Shepherd over and over again, allowing you to pluck World Shaper and any other nonland permanent straight out of the graveyard and onto the battlefield for free.
