How it works
Activate Need for Speed by sacrificing a land.
Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing World Shaper.
When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
Repeat
This ingenious loop turns a graveyard into an active engine by exploiting the recursive power of World Shaper alongside the celestial reach of Emeria Shepherd. You kick things off by feeding your lands to Need for Speed until your battlefield is entirely clear, fueling Altar of Dementia to sacrifice World Shaper and send it—alongside all those lands—straight to the graveyard. When World Shaper's death trigger fires, it dumps every single land back onto the battlefield tapped, which in turn triggers Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability for each land that entered. Because those lands are Plains, the Shepherd bypasses your hand entirely and resurrects World Shaper straight to the battlefield, setting you up to repeat the entire cycle for infinite mill, sacrifices, and a fully recovered graveyard.
