How it works

1. Activate Trenching Steed by sacrificing a land.
2. Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
3. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
6. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
8. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
9. Repeat

This looping masterpiece turns a graveyard full of resources into a self-sustaining engine of resurrection and growth. By using Trenching Steed to strip away your lands, you clear the board for World Shaper to be sacrificed to Phantom Train—whose sacrifice cost conveniently dispatches the creature and sends it to the graveyard. The resulting death trigger of World Shaper dumps those lands right back onto the battlefield, which in turn awakens Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability to pull World Shaper back out of the graveyard and repeat the cycle indefinitely.
