How it works

1. Activate Troubled Healer by sacrificing a land.
2. Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
3. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
6. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
8. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
9. Repeat

This intricate recursive engine centers on Shilgengar, Sire of Famine to sacrifice World Shaper, triggering World Shaper's death ability to flood the battlefield with lands straight from your graveyard. Those lands entering the battlefield trigger Emeria Shepherd multiple times, allowing you to bypass returning cards to your hand and instead drop World Shaper and other nonland permanents directly onto the battlefield. Meanwhile, you can freely cycle through your land base using Troubled Healer to sacrifice those lands, ensuring they hit the graveyard so World Shaper can pull them right back.
