How it works

1. Activate Troubled Healer by sacrificing a land.
2. Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
3. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
6. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
8. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
9. Repeat

This ingenious loop uses Troubled Healer to intentionally clear your board of lands, feeding them straight into your graveyard so they can be abused anew. Once the way is clear, you sacrifice World Shaper to fuel Phantom Train, triggering the Shaper's death ability to flood the battlefield with every land you just discarded. Those mass land drops awaken Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability, letting you cheat World Shaper straight back onto the battlefield while filling your hand or board with every other nonland permanent you could possibly want.
