How it works

  2. In response, activate Sigil Tracer by paying 1U mana and tapping two untapped Wizards, copying Dramatic Reversal.
  3. Let the copy resolve, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
  4. Activate nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 1U mana.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
