How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Haywire Mite.
2. When Haywire Mite dies, it and Mortuary triggers.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Haywire Mite from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Haywire Mite trigger, causing you to gain 2 life
5. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
6. Cast Haywire Mite from the top of your library by paying 1 life due to Gwenom.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop harnesses Gwenom, Remorseless to turn the top of your library into a hidden hand, allowing you to cast spells directly from it by paying life instead of mana. With Mortuary waiting in the wings, any creature sent to your graveyard immediately slips back onto the very top of your library, perfectly positioned for Gwenom's alternative casting cost.
