How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nether Traitor, adding .
2. When Nether Traitor dies, The Skullspore Nexus triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature token, adding one mana of any color.
4. When the creature token dies, Nether Traitor triggers, causing you to pay to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns a simple sacrifice into an engine of endless resources by feeding creatures to Phyrexian Altar. Every time you sacrifice Nether Traitor to the Altar for black mana, The Skullspore Nexus steps in to replace that loss by generating a Fungus Dinosaur token whose power matches the sacrifice. Sacrificing that newly created token right back into Phyrexian Altar yields the mana needed to trigger Nether Traitor's own resurrection ability, bringing it straight back from the graveyard to the battlefield to restart the cycle.
