How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Nether Traitor.
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another creature.
3. When the creature dies, Nether Traitor triggers, causing you to pay to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Kheru Goldkeeper and Quintorius, History Chaser triggers, creating a Treasure token and creature token.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. Repeat.

This clever self-sustaining loop relies on Altar of Dementia to continually feed Nether Traitor and another creature straight into your graveyard, where Nether Traitor's own triggered ability uses the mana from Kheru Goldkeeper's Treasure tokens to bounce right back to the battlefield. Meanwhile, Quintorius, History Chaser watches cards leave your graveyard to flood the board with Spirit tokens, generating infinite sacrifices, leaves-the-battlefield triggers, and a mountain of milled cards to keep the engine running.
