How it works

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Nether Traitor.
2. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing another creature.
3. When the creature dies, Nether Traitor triggers, causing you to pay to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Kheru Goldkeeper and Chalk Outline triggers, creating a Treasure token, Clue token and creature token.
5. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. Repeat.

This ingenious setup turns Shilgengar, Sire of Famine into an engine of endless sacrifices by feeding him Nether Traitor and other creatures to harvest a steady stream of Blood tokens. Every time Nether Traitor hits the graveyard, you can instantly pay its black mana cost to bring it right back to the battlefield, a recursive loop fueled smoothly by the Treasure token generated from Kheru Goldkeeper when that card leaves your graveyard. Meanwhile, Chalk Outline turns every single one of those graveyard departures into an army of Detective tokens and clue tokens, letting you drown the board in infinite resources, artifacts, and death triggers.
