How it works

1. Activate Havengul Lich by paying 1, targeting Vivi.
2. Cast Vivi by paying 1.
3. Havengul Lich triggers, causing it to gain Vivi's activated abilities until end of turn.
4. Resolve Vivi. Then, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vivi.
5. Activate Havengul Lich using Vivi's ability by paying 0, adding at least 2.
6. Repeat.
