How it works
Deal combat damage using the creature that has Breath of Fury attached.
Breath of Fury and Aya of Alexandria trigger.
Resolve the Aya of Alexandria trigger, creating a 1/1 Assassin creature token.
Resolve the Breath of Fury trigger, causing you to sacrifice the creature it is attached to, then attach Breath of Fury to the Assassin token, then causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
Repeat each combat phase.
This clever loop turns any historic attacker into an endless engine of additional combat steps. Thanks to Mycosynth Lattice, every permanent on the battlefield becomes an artifact—and crucially, *historic*—which ensures that Aya of Alexandria triggers whenever any of your creatures successfully damages a player. When your enchanted attacker connects, Breath of Fury triggers to sacrifice it, hops over to the newly minted Assassin token, and grants you a fresh untap and combat phase. Meanwhile, Garna, the Bloodflame keeps the momentum going by granting Haste to all your creatures, allowing the newly created tokens to immediately charge into battle and sustain the infinite sequence.
