How it works
- Deal combat damage using the creature that has Breath of Fury attached and Ancient Gold Dragon, triggering Breath of Fury and Ancient Gold Dragon.
- Resolve the Ancient Gold Dragon trigger, creating at least one creature token.
- Resolve the Breath of Fury trigger, causing you to sacrifice the creature it is attached to, then attach Breath of Fury to a creature token, then causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
- Repeat each combat phase.
This explosive loop turns Ancient Gold Dragon into a relentless multi-attack engine by leveraging Breath of Fury's ability to constantly untap your board and grant extra combat phases. Each time your dragon connects, it floods the battlefield with flying token reinforcements that are instantly gifted haste thanks to Cyclops of Eternal Fury. You simply shift Breath of Fury onto one of these fresh tokens during the damage step, sacrifice it to fuel the enchantment's trigger, and repeat the entire sequence for an endless parade of combat phases and dragon swarms.
