How it works

1. When an opponent controls a nontoken creature, activate Thermopod by sacrificing another creature.
2. When the creature dies, The Serpent Society triggers, causing each opponent to sacrifice a creature.
3. When the opposing creature(s) die, Overseer of the Damned triggers that many times, creating that many tapped 2/2 Zombie creature tokens that will have deathtouch due to Archetype of Finality.
4. Repeat as needed.

This clever loop locks down the board by turning sacrifice into a devastating removal engine. With Archetype of Finality granting your creatures deathtouch, every Zombie token you control enters ready to synergize with The Serpent Society. When you feed a creature to Thermopod, The Serpent Society forces your opponents to sacrifice their own creatures in response, which in turn triggers Overseer of the Damned to generate fresh Zombie tokens to keep the chain going.
