How it works

1. Cast Time Warp by paying 3, taking an extra turn after this one.
2. Pass the turn.
3. At the beginning of your upkeep, Followed Footsteps triggers, creating a copy of Izzet Chronarch.
4. Izzet Chronarch enters the battlefield, returning Time Warp to your hand.
5. Repeat.

By enchanting Izzet Chronarch with Followed Footsteps, you set up a self-sustaining engine that guarantees an endless series of bonus turns. At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, Followed Footsteps triggers to create a fresh copy of Izzet Chronarch, whose enters-the-battlefield ability immediately plucks Time Warp back out of your graveyard and into your hand. This ensures you always have the means to cast Time Warp, locking your opponents out of the game entirely as you loop your turns indefinitely.
