How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
2. Cast Notorious Throng for its prowl cost by paying 5, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Izzet Chronarch by paying its mana cost.
4. When Izzet Chronarch enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Notorious Throng from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Move to your next turn.
6. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Izzet Chronarch from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card.
8. Repeat.

This loop turns a clever sequence into an endless parade of extra turns and card advantage. By casting Notorious Throng for its prowl cost, you secure an extra turn and flood the board with Faerie Rogues, which then easily punch through for combat damage to set up future iterations. When you cast Izzet Chronarch, its entrance trigger reaches into your graveyard to pull Notorious Throng right back to your hand. Finally, tapping Dour Port-Mage bounces Izzet Chronarch back to your hand while its passive ability rewards you with a fresh card draw every time a creature leaves the battlefield without dying.
