How it works

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing another creature you control
2. When the creature dies, Pitiless Plunderer and Korvold's second ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
4. Holding priority, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
5. Resolve the Korvold trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and draw a card.
6. Animation Module triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
7. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
8. Repeat.

This intricate sacrifice loop harnesses the raw power of Shilgengar, Sire of Famine to turn any creature into a cascade of resources. As you feed creatures to Shilgengar, Pitiless Plunderer steps in to generate a refund in the form of a Treasure token whenever a creature bites the dust. Meanwhile, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King watches the sacrifices happen, drawing you cards and piling +1/+1 counters onto himself. Those very counters activate Animation Module, which happily uses the mana from the sacrificed Treasure to churn out a Servo token, feeding the loop right back into Shilgengar's maw.
