How it works
Cast Lumra by paying 4.
When Lumra enters, it triggers.
Holding priority, activate Lithatog by sacrificing a land.
Repeat step 3 until you control no lands.
When you sacrifice the last land, Lumra will die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
Resolve the Lumra trigger from step 2, causing you to mill four cards and return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning Lumra from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 2.
This cyclical engine leverages the synergy between Lumra, Bellow of the Woods and Lithatog to continuously feed your graveyard and fuel your land-based triggers. By sacrificing every land you control to pump Lithatog's power, you force Lumra to perish from having zero toughness, sending it straight to the graveyard where it can be revived. When Lumra re-enters the battlefield, its triggered ability returns all those sacrificed lands to play tapped, which in turn triggers Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability. Because those lands include Plains, Emeria Shepherd's static text allows you to bypass your hand and drop Lumra directly back onto the battlefield, restarting the loop.
