How it works

1. Cast Lumra by paying 4.
2. When Lumra enters, it triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Coastal Hornclaw by sacrificing a land.
4. Repeat step 3 until you control no lands.
5. When you sacrifice the last land, Lumra will die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
6. Resolve the Lumra trigger from step 2, causing you to mill four cards and return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
7. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
8. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning Lumra from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Repeat from step 2.

This loop is a masterclass in recursive recycling, using Lumra, Bellow of the Woods as both the fuel and the engine. By repeatedly sacrificing your lands to Coastal Hornclaw until Lumra perishes from having zero toughness, you stock your graveyard and clear the board. When Lumra enters the battlefield, its triggered ability rushes every single land back to play tapped. Because those lands flood the battlefield, Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability triggers for each one, letting you bypass the hand and place Lumra straight back onto the battlefield whenever a Plains drops, ready to begin the cycle anew.
