How it works

1. Cast Genghis Frog either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax if applicable
2. When Genghis Frog enters, it triggers.
3. Holding priority, cast Artificial Evolution by paying its mana cost, changing all instances of "Mutant" on Genghis Frog to "Frog".
4. Resolve the Genghis Frog ability, creating a Mutagen token and a 1/1 Frog creature token due to Quina.
5. When the Frog enters, Genghis Frog triggers, creating a Mutagen token and a 1/1 Frog creature token due to Quina.
6. Repeat step 5.
