How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Sister Hospitaller.
2. When Sister Hospitaller dies, Body Launderer's first ability triggers, causing Body Launderer to connive.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
4. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Body Launderer.
5. When Body Launderer dies, its second ability triggers, returning Sister Hospitaller from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Body Launderer from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain 4 life.
7. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
8. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on a closed-circuit recursion of sacrifices and resurrections fueled by Goblin Bombardment. When you sacrifice Sister Hospitaller, Body Launderer triggers to connive, digging through your library and discarding cards while growing stronger. Then, sacrificing Body Launderer triggers its own dying ability to haul Sister Hospitaller right back out of the graveyard. That return immediately triggers Sister Hospitaller's entry ability to pull Body Launderer back from the brink while padding your life total, resetting the entire engine to fire again and again for endless damage and looting.
