How it works

1. Cast Dargo from the command zone by paying .
2. Activate Relic of Legends' second ability by tapping Dargo, adding .
3. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Dargo.
4. Choose to return Dargo to the command zone from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns your commander, Dargo, the Shipwrecker, into a continuous engine by exploiting his natural affinity for the command zone. Since Dargo reduces his own cost for each permanent sacrificed that turn, and since his sacrifice feeds Umbral Collar Zealot to trigger its ability, you can repeatedly throw him into the graveyard and recast him for just a single red mana. Meanwhile, Relic of Legends pulls double duty, tapping the legendary Dargo for mana right before he hits the altar to help pay for his next trip out of the command zone.
