How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Shepherd of the Cosmos.
2. When Shepherd of the Cosmos dies, Kaya's Ghostform triggers, returning Shepherd of the Cosmos from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Shepherd of the Cosmos enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Kaya's Ghostform from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Shepherd of the Cosmos.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on a recursive loop of sacrifice and resurrection to continuously grow your board state. By using Bartolomé del Presidio to sacrifice Shepherd of the Cosmos, you trigger Kaya's Ghostform to instantly bring the Shepherd right back from the graveyard to the battlefield. Because the Shepherd's own enter-the-battlefield ability targets any permanent card with a mana value of 2 or less, it conveniently loops Kaya's Ghostform right along with it, reattaching the enchantment to itself and setting the stage to repeat the cycle infinitely.
