How it works

1. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Shepherd of the Cosmos.
2. When Shepherd of the Cosmos dies, Kaya's Ghostform triggers, returning Shepherd of the Cosmos from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Shepherd of the Cosmos enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Kaya's Ghostform from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Shepherd of the Cosmos.
4. Resolve the Yahenni ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you feed an endless cycle of sacrifices directly into Yahenni, Undying Partisan, growing your vampire to unstoppable proportions while triggering infinite enters-the-battlefield and death effects. The engine is glued together by Kaya's Ghostform, which ensures that whenever you sacrifice Shepherd of the Cosmos to Yahenni's activation, the enchantment brings the Shepherd right back to the battlefield. Because Shepherd of the Cosmos has a mana value of 2 or less, its own entrance trigger conveniently retrieves Kaya's Ghostform from the graveyard and reattaches it, priming the entire sequence to repeat indefinitely.
