How it works

This ingenious loop relies on a closed feedback loop of life and growth: starting with any life gain, Spider-Man, Peter Parker places a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale. That influx of counters triggers Basking Broodscale to spawn an Eldrazi token, whose arrival in turn triggers Leyline of Vitality to grant you 1 life. Because gaining that life feeds right back into Spider-Man, Peter Parker's ability, the cycle becomes self-sustaining and endlessly repeatable.
