How it works

1. Cast Electrodominance, choosing X=3, but paying due to Heliod
2. Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying due to Heliod
3. Resolve Reiterate, copying Electrodominance and returning Reiterate to your hand.
4. Resolve the copy of Electrodominance, dealing 3 damage to any target, and allowing you to pay 0 to cast Reiterate with buyback due to Electrodominance and Heliod
5. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious loop turns a modest burn spell into an infinite engine by exploiting cost reduction and copy mechanics. With the flipped side of Heliod, the Radiant Dawn providing a vital mana discount, you can cast Electrodominance for a low investment while pumping enough "value" into X to feed the chain, backed up by its flash-granting ability. You then drop Reiterate with its buyback cost, using its ability to copy the original burn spell while returning itself safely to your hand. As the copied Electrodominance resolves, its free-cast effect lets you fire off Reiterate again for zero mana, generating infinite damage and storm count as the cycle feeds endlessly back into itself.
