How it works

1. If Enduring Vitality is not a creature, activate Zur by paying 1, causing Enduring Vitality to become a creature.
2. Activate Enduring Vitality by tapping it, adding .
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar's second ability by sacrificing Enduring Vitality, adding 1.
4. When Enduring Vitality dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield as an enchantment.
5. Repeat.
