Infinite creature LTBInfinite creature sacrifice triggersInfinite death triggers
How it works
If Enduring Vitality is not a creature, activate Zur by paying 1, causing Enduring Vitality to become a creature.
Activate Enduring Vitality by tapping it, adding .
Activate Phyrexian Altar's second ability by sacrificing Enduring Vitality, adding 1
When Enduring Vitality dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield as an enchantment.
Repeat.
This clever loop relies on Zur, Eternal Schemer to animate Enduring Vitality into a creature, allowing its innate tap ability to generate mana. Once it has served its purpose, you feed Enduring Vitality to Phyrexian Altar to churn out mana while triggering its own death ability to return it safely to the battlefield as an un-animated enchantment, ready to be animated anew. Meanwhile, Tannuk, Steadfast Second sits idly by, keeping watch over the proceedings while our engine loops infinitely to generate endless sacrifice and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
