How it works

1. Cast Kor Skyfisher by paying 0 and 2 life due to Defiler of Faith and The Immortal Sun.
2. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
3. When the Soldier enters, Thunder of Unity triggers, causing you to gain life.
4. Resolve Kor Skyfisher. When it enters, it and Thunder of Unity trigger.
5. Resolve the Kor Skyfisher trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Resolve the Thunder of Unity trigger, causing you to gain life.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop is centered around Kor Skyfisher, which can endlessly bounce itself back to your hand as it enters the battlefield. Thanks to the cost-reducing magic of both Defiler of Faith and The Immortal Sun, the white mana requirement for Kor Skyfisher is completely eliminated, allowing you to recast it for free using life instead. Meanwhile, Defiler of Faith capitalizes on each casting to flood the board with 1/1 Soldier tokens, which in turn feed the drain-and-gain triggers from Thunder of Unity's later chapters to secure the win.
