How it works

1. Cast Whitemane Lion by paying 0 and 2 life due to Defiler of Faith and The Immortal Sun.
2. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
3. When the Soldier enters, Case of the Uneaten Feast triggers, causing you to gain life.
4. Resolve Whitemane Lion. When it enters, it and Case of the Uneaten Feast trigger.
5. Resolve the Whitemane Lion trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Resolve the Case of the Uneaten Feast trigger, causing you to gain life.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on a clever intersection of cost reduction and self-bounce to cast Whitemane Lion over and over for free. With The Immortal Sun shaving generic mana off your spells and Defiler of Faith slashing the remaining white mana requirement in exchange for life, the Lion's total cost drops to zero, allowing you to cast it repeatedly. Each iteration triggers Defiler of Faith to flood the board with 1/1 Soldier creature tokens, which in turn feed Case of the Uneaten Feast to continuously pad your life total. As the tokens enter, Whitemane Lion's own entry trigger forces you to pick it back up into your hand, resetting the loop and letting you recast it endlessly for infinite entries, exits, lifegain, and storm count.
