How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Echoes of Eternity triggers, creating a copying the Sensei's Divining Top spell.
3. Resolve both Sensei's Divining Top spells.
4. Activate the nontoken Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
5. Activate the token Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top, and causing you to put the token Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This loop transforms a modest artifact into a self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of Echoes of Eternity, which copies the original spell to leave you with both a real and a token copy of Sensei's Divining Top on the battlefield. With The Immortal Sun discounting your artifact casts down to free, tapping one Top lets you draw a card while sending it to your library, while tapping the other lets you draw the first Top right back while sending the token away. This creates a perpetual cycle of drawing and recycling that feeds your hand indefinitely while generating a massive storm count.
