How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.
3. Repeat

By combining Mm'menon, the Right Hand with The Immortal Sun, we completely remove the mana cost required to replay our artifacts from the top of the library, letting Mm'menon's mana ability pay for itself when we tap our artifacts for blue mana to spend on spells cast from anywhere else. This creates a brilliant engine with Sensei's Divining Top, which taps to draw a card and place itself back on top of our library so that we can immediately recast it for free. As Sensei's Divining Top loops endlessly between the battlefield and the top of our library, The Immortal Sun's cost reduction ensures the math works out while simultaneously padding our hand and boosting our board, giving us infinite card draw and a near-infinite storm count.
