How it works

  1. Activate Emiel by paying 3, blinking Boulderbranch Golem.
  2. Boulderbranch Golem enters the battlefield, causing you to gain six life.
  3. Cryptic Trilobite triggers, putting six +1/+1 counters on itself.
  4. Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding CCCC that can only be spent to activate abilities.
  5. Repeat.
