How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Light of Promise triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Case of the Uneaten Feast triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This delightful little engine transforms any initial life-gaining spark into an ever-growing menagerie. Once you trigger a life gain, Case of the Uneaten Feast rewards the new arrival by feeding you another point of life, which Light of Promise immediately channels back into a flurry of +1/+1 counters on Herd Baloth. That sudden burst of counters wakes up Herd Baloth's ability to birth a 4/4 green Beast token, which in turn loops right back into Case of the Uneaten Feast to keep the endless cycle rolling.
