How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Jegantha, the Wellspring into an endless, self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of its own special colored mana restriction. Because Jegantha's tapped ability produces exactly the five-color mana requirement (`{W}{U}{B}{R}{G}`) needed to activate Horde of Notions, you can continuously cast Jegantha straight out of your graveyard for free. To keep the cycle going, Bartolomé del Presidio acts as the sacrificial outlet that neatly bins Jegantha back into the graveyard while growing larger with every iteration by picking up +1/+1 counters. Though Dragonlord Kolaghan is present in the color identity of this Commander-legal setup, the core machinery relies entirely on Jegantha, Horde, and Bartolomé looping in a seamless waltz of death and rebirth.
