How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Jegantha, the Wellspring and its ability to produce the exact five-color mana requirement demanded by Horde of Notions, bypassing the restriction that Jegantha's mana can't pay generic costs by matching it to a purely colored activation cost. Once Jegantha is sacrificed to Bartolomé del Presidio—which simultaneously grows larger thanks to its sacrifice-triggered +1/+1 counters—Horde of Notions steps in to cast Jegantha directly from the graveyard for free. Mass Hysteria ensures that Jegantha gains haste immediately upon re-entering the battlefield, allowing it to tap for mana again right away and sustain an endless cycle of sacrifice, recursion, and growth.
