How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on Jegantha, the Wellspring providing the exact five-color mana restriction needed to fuel Horde of Notions, which can then pull Jegantha straight back out of the graveyard for free whenever it hits the bin. Altar of Dementia acts as the necessary sacrifice outlet to send Jegantha back to the graveyard while turning each iteration into a chunk of milled cards. Meanwhile, Rising of the Day grants your recurring commander immediate haste so that Jegantha, the Wellspring can tap for its mana ability the very moment it enters the battlefield again.
