How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This loop puts Jegantha, the Wellspring through a relentless cycle of life and death, turning its own activated mana ability and Viscera Seer’s free sacrifice outlet into an engine for infinite triggers and scry 1s. While Tannuk, Steadfast Second grants its passive haste to creatures and warp support from hand, its presence here primarily keeps the board state primed, though it isn't strictly necessary for the core loop itself. Instead, the heavy lifting is done by Horde of Notions, which uses the colorful five-mana production of Jegantha, the Wellspring to continuously yank Jegantha right back out of the graveyard onto the battlefield without paying its mana cost.
