How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This brilliant recursion loop harnesses Jegantha, the Wellspring's unique ability to tap for exactly five colored mana, which neatly funds Horde of Notions' activation cost to replay Jegantha right out of the graveyard. Because Jegantha's mana cannot pay generic costs, Horde of Notions' color-intensive ability is the perfect outlet to keep the cycle going. Meanwhile, Bloodflow Connoisseur serves as the necessary sacrifice engine to bin Jegantha back into the graveyard, while simultaneously growing larger with infinite +1/+1 counters from all the death triggers. While not strictly required to execute the core loop, Tannuk, Steadfast Second sits comfortably on the board to ensure that every time Jegantha returns via the Horde, it immediately benefits from haste to facilitate any further synergies.
