How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the strict color requirements of Jegantha, the Wellspring into an engine by using its own generated {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} mana to fuel Horde of Notions' ability, which pulls Jegantha right back out of the graveyard. While the passive haste from Kratos, God of War isn't strictly required for the loop to function since Jegantha has no summoning sickness issues coming from the graveyard, sacrificing Jegantha to Bartolomé del Presidio is what actually puts it into the graveyard in the first place while growing Bartolomé's power with endless +1/+1 counters. By cycling Jegantha back and forth between the graveyard and the battlefield indefinitely, you generate an unbounded storm count alongside infinite enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, sacrifice, and death triggers.
