How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine uses Jegantha, the Wellspring to self-fund Horde of Notions' ability, generating the colorful mana needed to continually pull the legendary Elk from the graveyard. By feeding Jegantha to Phantom Train, you trigger sacrifice events while making room for Horde of Notions to cast the companion anew. Meanwhile, Garna, the Bloodflame steps in to ensure the loop remains seamless, immediately returning any necessary pieces to your hand if they happen to share the grave, all while its static haste grant keeps your freshly deployed threats moving at full speed.
