How it works

1. Activate Jegantha by tapping it, adding that cannot be spent to pay generic mana costs.
2. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Jegantha.
3. Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on Jegantha, the Wellspring generating the exact five-color mana requirement for Horde of Notions, which then plucks Jegantha right back out of the graveyard for free. To keep the cycle going, Umbral Collar Zealot acts as the sacrificial outlet that bins Jegantha while also letting you filter your draws with surveil along the way. While Garna, the Bloodflame's return-to-hand trigger isn't strictly necessary for the core loop since Horde of Notions plays Jegantha directly from the graveyard, Garna's passive anthem effortlessly grants your repeatedly entering elementals haste so they can charge right into battle.
